Firefox should have a *builtin* feature that allows the user to export bookmarks, settings etc. as a single file that is *securely* encrypted (not the old crackable ZIP thing). Then it could be stored in any cloud service (or local file server), and imported therefrom into another Firefox instance. Separately selectable export and import of the various pieces should be part of the new feature.
This would replace the current Firefox function that is obviously not platform agnostic, and inherently cannot comply with various enterprise policies.
