two times is enough for me :-)
Alan, that's great ... in the past I have used <cmd>-<L> (refresh list),
depending on the actual view, the speed -- or better lack thereof --
sometimes has been a pain.
Whereas a double <cmd>-<Y> is almost instantaneous, even on a view
displaying several thousands of messages!
