I guess they treat us scripters as people who are used to tinkering and can
get out of the trouble we get ourselves into. There's lots of stuff you can
do by script that you can't do in the interface, including a few risky
things. I kind of like it that way.
Anyway, try this:

save folder "Test" in (((path to desktop) as string) & "Test")
