I think you are trying to separate your contacts in your address book in the
same way they are separated in the real world (i.e. Physically). The people
represented in the address book are separated physically, why should there
entries in your software be all jumbled together?

Besides, there is a great deal to be said about habits. All of the users
here at work that I try to convert from QuickMail Pro 1.5 to OE/Erage have
the same issue with the address book. They've been thinking in separate
address book mode for so long that they look at OE/Erage's way of doing it
and think that they'll never be able to find anyone.

I personally prefer this way of organizing an address book. I don't have to
remember what address book I put someone into, or add them to multiple
address books.
