I happen to be one of those people who does run Entourage at startup via the
startup up folder, so it would be nice to know....
By the way - I have some feedback for the author of the Merge Contacts
applescript for Entourage. It works well, but I did find one small problem.
The contacts that I wished to merge were my main identity and a near
duplicate of it imported from my OE address book. Since the Main Identity
contact was based only on the setup information I gave when starting
Entourage, it was missing the additional information that I had entered into
the old Outlook address book. Naturally, I wanted to merge this information,
but the script always merges the second selected contact into the first,
which was not what I wanted. Editing the script was easy, but it would be
nice if the script would detect if one of the two contacts was the main
identity, and always merge into it (I can't think of a situation where you
would want to merge to a non main id and delete the main id....).
