Sorry, you're not going to like this, but this is just the way it works.  If
you create a multi-day event in Entourage, it only syncs to the first day on
the palm.  Someone else explained why this is the case (or at least why it's
not a trivial matter to convert them properly).  Anyway, the behavior you
see is the intended behavior for this version.  This is highly requested for
future releases.
