Observation: Entourage crashes when you stop working for a few minutes, primarily when it's in "offline" mode.
I think you'd better go a bit farther than "primarily ". Entourage NEVER crashes when I stop working for a few minutes, or a few hours. I leave it open all the time, but always online mode.
It's got to be something more specific to your setup or machine, Joseph, not Entourage.
