>From what I recall about Netscape, that's precisely what happens. Netscape
overrides and ignores Internet prefs set in the Internet Control panel,
unlike IE, which integrates with them. At least, that's how it was in
Netscape 4.x (it was otherwise in 3.x). How it is in 5.x and 6.x I have no
idea, because I finally gave up on Netscape a year and a half ago.
