But part of the "appearing to have come from you" must include _some_ added
text of some sort "Forwarded from", extra headers or attribution lines that
show the route from the original sender to you with original sent and
received dates, etc. That involves adding extra text. In "non-complex" HTML
messages, i.e. styled text, Entourage has a very attractive format for doing
just that in forwards _without_ losing the original HTML style. Try it,
you'll see. To do something similar with _complex_ (real) HTML, Entourage
would have to be able send complex HTML in the first place, which it can't.
It can receive it, but it can't send it. The best it can do is reference an
existing HTML page, which is what Steve Friesen's Send Complex HTML script
did for OE. I have just adapted that script for Entourage, with a few
improvements. (I've been waiting for Erik to put it up at ASC before
announcing it.) Just _viewing_ the message before it's sent destroys the
HTML! So any sort added text is going to destroy it too. I have no
understanding of the method Entourage really uses to display complex HTML,
but it's simply not set up for creating it, which is what it would have to
do to be able to add the extra stuff you need for forwarding.
