Actually, this isn't quite true. Entourage can happily send any complexity
of HTML, as evidenced by the send HTML script out there and by its ability
to redirect complex HTML messages. However, it does not have a complex HTML
editing environment, which is needed if a user is going to make any changes
to the message body whatsoever.
