In the Mactopia ReadMe for the SR 1 installer the expression of preference
seems to be "stop responding", as in:
"Entourage 2001 SR 1 fixes a problem that sometimes caused Entourage to stop
responding when users switched identities."
("stop responding" = crash hard).
or
" Entourage 2001 SR 1 no longer stops responding when the address book or
recent address list are used to enter extremely long names or e-mail
addresses into a message."
or
" You can start Internet Explorer at the same time that Entourage 2001 SR 1
is running without causing the computer to stop responding. "
or
"Entourage 2001 SR 1 fixes a problem that sometimes caused Entourage to stop
responding or return incorrect results when running a rule, advanced find,
custom view, or find related items with more than 10 criteria.
"
Talk about euphemisms. It must be the lawyers at it again.
