I read the thread about the SR 1 installer failing to update files that it
could not find with no notice. Since I am a rather benign user and don't
move things around or rename them I thought I was home free until now. The
SR 1 update on my home computer went great and I really appreciate all the
fixes and performance improvements. I also updated my laptop that I use at
work and thought I had also gotten a good install.
However I just noticed that the problem with the cursor not changing to the
correct form unless you moved it to the left side of the screen and back was
still there. (In particular, when I use the move pull down to move a file to
another folder the cursor changes to the watch during the move and then it
stays as a watch unless I move the cursor to the left side of the screen and
back to get the standard arrow pointer.) My home system correctly changes
to the watch and then back to the arrow.
Anybody know what file did not get updated?
