You'll find Lucida Grande (as "Lucida Grande.dfont") in
/System/Library/Fonts under OS X. The dfont format is exactly the same as
the Mac True Type format except that the resource fork is copied, unaltered,
into the data fork. There is a utility which will convert fonts from one
format to the other, but I can't attest to the reliability of doing so.
