I had to stop and think on that one, but I want to recall that it came from
the my OS X partition. If memory serves: I liked the font in X, and there
was a conversion utility or hack that would allow it to be used in 9.x, etc.
Found that, or the info on how to do it, on one of the Mac sites.
So, if I have remembered correctly, you're right in that it's not a standard
9.x install.
