I had the same thing happen to me recently. Entourage started using Charcoal
instead of Arial. I don't know what caused it, but although Arial was in my
font folder, none of the Office 2001 apps was seeing it. I reinstalled Arial
and I think that fixed the problem (I did several other things, too, so I'm
not entirely sure what did the trick.)
