Actually, that explains something. When I've copied and pasted file names from OS X's Finder into Entourage HTML or Word, it suddenly comes out all curlicued like this: this one is Lucida Calligraphy.  Whereas the original is a lot more like this (Lucida Bright) or maybe this (Lucida Fax) or maybe most like this (Lucida Sans). So probably it was really Lucida Grande, which Entourage can't find and so substituted one it could.
