Oh, okay, now I know why I'd never heard of it. Palm Connect is to allow
people who have Palm devices with serial cradles to use a serial-to-USB
adapted to hot sync. I have a Visor, which came with an actual USB cradle. I
do not need the adapter and therefore do not need this software.
