Update:
I download & install HotSync 2.6.1. Then moved HotSync and the related files
into the 'Handheld Synchronization' folder in Office 2001. I was able to do
a partial Sync.
But not a complete one here is the log:

Sync type is Fast
Remote database 1 name is AddressDB
Remote database 2 name is DatebookDB
Remote database 3 name is MemoDB
Remote database 4 name is ToDoDB

Any thoughts on this one?

Lynn I have the same problems as you...I can synch my Calendar and address book, but it won’t finish the To-Do list. I get the same error messages.
Just wanted to let you know you aren’t alone. I have tried all the little tricks to no avail. Think I will go back to Palm Desktop until MS offers a 2001 update.
