Here is the short version. If you have data from another organizer import all the data into Entourage. Then locate the Backup folder in the Palm folder and move all the data to another folder (old backup). Then do a Hard reset on the Palm, this will erase all the data on the Palm. Now do a HotSync you should now have all the info that you entered in Entourage on your Palm.
If you have other apps on the Palm you can re-install the Apps and then the data by moving the correct data from the ‘Old backup’ folder to the actual backup folder. And perform a HotSync again. I stayed with it till I got it whit a lot of help from this list.
Lynn I have the same problems as you...I can synch my Calendar and address
book, but it won't finish the To-Do list. I get the same error messages.
Just wanted to let you know you aren't alone. I have tried all the little
tricks to no avail. Think I will go back to Palm Desktop until MS offers a
2001 update.
