I don't know. Want to try it out? Probably, yes. When I moved a single
occurrence to another date, the old location seemed to create a sort of
invisible phantom instance which caused the crash. So most likely deleting
would do the same thing. But I'm not 100% certain. You can be guinea pig, if
you like.
