These two caused Entourage to crash, but using just the below script and the
one that finds the folder id, I was able to delete the invisible (I didn't
mess with any of the folder id 5 stuff at all). It's working great.

> tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
>   delete folder id xxx
>   delete folder id xxx
> end tell
