Command-M doesn't do Send & Receive in Entourage X, since it's reserved by
Apple to do Minimize Window. Command-K does Send & Receive All, and no, it
won't tell you what accounts it's checking (what if you have 15?) : it's the
same ones you specified in the Account windows or in the Send & Receive All
schedule window.

Just drag it up to the "On your Computer" icon.

Entourage doesn't sync mail to Palm (unaided). It syncs contact, calendar
events, tasks, notes to Entourage 2001. It doesn't sync anything to any OS X
PIM yet because Palm has not released OS X code yet. It was reported today
that it will do so in mid-January. It will then take another 2 months or so
for MS to produce Entourage conduits. In the meantime , I will be releasing
workaround scripts which sync Entourage X to Palm via Entourage 2001. (The
cheapest way to buy Office X is if you have an earlier version of Office,
including 98: upgrade first to 2001, then X. That will give you a copy of
2001 to work with the scripts.
