Clarifying a few things from other posts: 1) This is something we didn't have a chance to get into Entourage X. It's no a limitation of Carbon or the modal nav services dialogs. We just haven't switched over to the new file APIs yet. It's definitely on our to do list. 2) Following the OS X guidelines, we save the files with no creator code, just a file type. So, they are in no way associated with SimpleText. They will open with your default text editing application. However, it is stored as a text file with associated STYL resource, which is the Mac OS traditional standard. I don't think we have any plans to change this to rtf.
