I'm passing this on from a local list, wondering if anyone has any specific knowledge of this.

Go to Tools-Accounts, open your account, click the advanced (italic) text below your username. If anything is checked there uncheck it. (I am on Entourage but think it's the same.) Logically, this should either always or never be a problem, not sometimes, so that's why I'm just guessing and hoping. Or, possibly your prefs are corrupted so it reads some need like this intermittently. And of course, it never hurts to zap your pram. (In Mac OS 9. Cannot say for X yet.) Or maybe you need to run Tech Tool or Disk Warrior to ensure the Mac's files are reading properly. ________________________________________________________________________ Deborah Shadovitz, Author, Instructor & Speaker <http://www.shadovitz.com> ~ <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> See you at Macworld? <http://www.shadovitz.com/appear.html> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
