The other important point is that if you ever have trouble, their customer
support will be useless.  MSN WILL NOT support mac platforms.  Even with
qwest, I have had a little bit of this.  They could not support my use of
Entourage as a news reader and said I should install outlook express for the
mac.  Duh!

Anyway, MSN has told qwest they will not support their mac users.
