Let's face it, MSN barely supports their windows users. My impression of them is that they just don't *get* it. When I upgraded the Windows PC at home, I searched fruitlessly for a way to transfer my highly customized MSN portal to the new machine. Eventually I gave up and emailed support. The reply was that that ability was not available. They implemented the technology in such a way that it is machine-specific.
