Harry, It's come up here several times before.... OS X (and, yes, I know you think it's the worst thing to happen to mankind ever but you still use it for some reason) does not have enough hooks in the Location thing for Entourage to change settings based on location. You can do it by AppleScript and Paul B has written some to do just that. I would suggest looking on AppleScriptCentral.
