OK.  Here are the results, Remo.  Thanks for looking at this with me.

Correct me if I am wrong, but based on what I see in all 6 of these
examples, the Return-Path is not relevant, but the FROM makes a difference.
I think if the sender has put their human name into their email preferences,
then it appears in the header beside the FROM and that is what Entourage
uses for attribution.  It appears that it makes no difference if the person
is in your Entourage address book or not.  Just to be sure this is not
something specific to AOL, I followed example 3 with example 4 for someone
who is not an AOL subscriber but otherwise is the same.

What I also discovered is that sometimes the Add Sender to Address Book
command works and other times it refuses to perform.  Can't figure out why,
and it does not seem to be dependent on HTML vs. Plain text

However, when I tested writing a reply, the attribution was CORRECT.
