I've always wondered about this. Is there some reason Entourage can't tell
the user which Microsoft program is running and offer to quit it? Better
yet, since this particular case is so confusing, put up a different dialog:


     Entourage is unable to rebuild the database while
     Office Notifications are enabled.

                          Cancel    Turn Off Notifications
