I have the same problem with a schedule that deletes all mails older than three days from all my mailing list folders: It works when I run it manually from the menu, but it never executes when I set it to "execute on quit". The folders are all local, I have no IMAP accounts. This bug was in Entourage 2001, and it is still there in Entourage X (with or without SP1).
