Bill, as I've said elsewhere (being a concerned Visor owner myself), there
are known problems with syncing to a Visor, vs a Palm brand device. See
Palm's web site about the Palm Desktop conduit; they specifically include
only Palm devices. When I wrote them they said they don't support Handspring
devices. When I wrote Handspring, they said that the conduit or driver
software isn't reliable with Visors, and that when they have a version of
Palm Desktop that works with Visors, they'll post it on their site. I don't
know if that means Handspring is working on the software, or if it is just
wishful thinking. Meanwhile, I would not rely on syncing Entourage with a
Visor.

I also know someone at Microsoft is looking very specifically into this
problem because his wife owns a Visor! So, with conjugal pressure on the
topic, there is some hope...
