What, exactly, did it change? The only thing I can actually see happening on my Visor that might relate to this folder is that a sync always begins by loading Install 3.5.3 (I think I don't have the app name quite right) into the Palm. At the end of the sync, I always get a message telling me that Install 3.5.3 is incompatible with this device and it "can be deleted now."
