That's more specific than what they say on their Web site, which is that Palm's software version 4 just isn't "supported" on Visor. Having been a lawyer most of my life, I took that to mean they aren't yet willing to stand behind the combination legally because they haven't yet finished testing it -- but it might work perfectly well, in fact. Given your correspondence, I guess it means more than that. Sigh.
