Maybe you can give me a hand, Updated OfficeX with SR1. Downloaded Palm Desktop 4 running PalmOS3.3 Tried to sync my PalmV and Entourage......
I'm getting this error: "HotSync Failure: The Entourage identity "John Boggs" could not be opened because another identity is open in another Office application. synchronization failed Entourage Conduit synchronization failed �Entourage Conduit� failed (error = #-1)" I get this error even though I can't find another app running. In fact, I restarted my PBG4, and went right for the sync (after quitting the entourage reminder app, which starts up automatically) and still got the error when trying to sync. I'm not sure what app would create this issue. Any ideas?
