More than likely Office Notifications was the running application when you installed, so your personality is now permanently "in use" When I asked about this problem's resolution I only got once response from Allan who seemed to try as nicely as possible to say I screwed myself. :-) My solution was to export everything in sight into another user, creating a second all-new database. (No one provided a quicker method, and I didn't have time to wait for one.)
