If you use Drop Drawers, Youpi Key, Keyboard Maestro, etc., most will accept a URL. You could then assign a keystroke shortcut to frequently used addresses. I do it for people at my office I am constantly writing to, e.g., Ctrl-Option-P to start a new message to Robert Perry.
