If you are certain the attachment is going ONLY to Windows users, you can
select "Windows (MIME/Base64)" as the encoding method in the attachment
pane. Click on the "Encode for any computer..." button to change it. If it
is going to both Windows and Mac users, definitely stick with the default,
AppleDouble.
