Hello,
I've just started at a printing firm where they use an Exchange
server,
and Outlook (the full version) for email client. Is it just me, or is
Outlook not hideous compared to Entourage? In light of this,
A) can I get some advice (arguments, reasonology) on how to convince the
IT
dept. to let me use Entourage.
B) or some devil's advocacy on why they would argue against allowing it.
For one thing, from what I understand, (non-Express) Outlook isn't
scriptable.
For another, Acrobat (which we use a lot) doesn't seem to be able to talk
with Outlook, so the Send Mail command doesn't work (which would embed
the
open PDF into a new mail message with a click of the button).
