Outlook allows you iso sending mails to your colleagues, to send 'invitations'/'delegate task' - mails... Have you tried that ?
In fact, do you want to send mails to your colleagues or rather invitations to work together with preset buttons/delegate task messages-requests ? In 99% of the time you want to do the latter. They come with preset buttons your colleagues just have to press, allowing them to deny/import it into their agenda's, you can set by when you need a subtask to be completed, etc...
