I have two IMAP accounts I access via Entourage X (latest updates installed, System 10.2.2). One is a .mac and works fine. The other has many folders (Sent Mail, Trash, etc.) as subfolders under INBOX. I set up the account by entering 'INBOX.' under "Root Folder" in the "Options" tab.
When I first start Entourage, all the folders in the .mac account appear as they should. Only INBOX appears in the other account. If I click on INBOX, the subfolders appear and work fine, for awhile. If I click on any other folder (like the local Inbox), all the subfolder disappear. If I click on the account icon, I can see all the folders in the right panel under INBOX and open them. An opened folder appears in the folder list. It again disappears if I open another folder. Has anyone else seen this? Do I have something set up incorrectly?
