I have a Palm m505 which I have synched to Entourage successfully in the past.
I recently had to reinstall 10.2.2 on my G4/667/1G machine and now cannot hot synch. When I push the hot synch button nothing happens -- the hot synch app does not launch, and eventually I get the "connection was lost" dialog on the Palm. I am using Palm Desktop 4 for OS X, and I have run the hot synch updater from MS which puts my Palm conduits in a Disabled folder, and the Entourage conduit in my hot synch folder -- I have confirmed they are there. Possible problems: 1. Ran the latest MS service update 10.1.2 -- does this affect hot synch? 2. maybe lost a startup app (transport monitor?) when reinstalled X.2.2? 3. maybe need to reinstall PD 4 to be sure all parts are there? Any help appreciated.
