Allen, Thanks or your helpful replies. I got hot synch working with Entourage last night by manually removing the Palm folder and other palm stuff from my hard drive, reinstalling PD 4.0, restarting, synching to PD 4.0, restarting, applying the Entourage hot synch update, and restarting. I am now hot synching with Entourage again. Luckily I had kept copies of both installers in my Palm folder, so I just dragged em to the desktop before I tossed everything else (except my user data). Still no hot synch monitor start up when pushing the hot synch button.
