Hmmm, it always worked before when plugged in to my powered hub. Maybe I need to manually trash the Palm folder and the palm conduits and reinstall. I used the "uninstall" feature last time, and noticed the Palm folder and contents were still on my hard drive. I appreciate your feedback and attempts to help. Mike
