There is only one non-Japanese field that is not available - email address labels (home, work, other). And there are several Japanese fields that do sync (first name furigana, last name furigana, spouse furigana, company furigana. blood type). Are there really 20 more Japanese fields? I'm impressed. The only one you've ever mentioned is the greeting card fields, so I had no idea there were so many others. I'm interested to know what they might be.
OK, I made a contact into Japanese format. The only missing fields are Greeting Cards fields, but there certainly are a lot of them: 5 fields each (sent and received both for birthday and holiday plus notes) for 10 years: they'd have to be elements, I guess, as records with year and those 5 as properties.
