If you have Outlook 2001, you must have an Exchange server. Have your IT
person set your email account up as an IMAP account. Then simply access the
same IMAP account from Entourage. You can just go on using the account as
IMAP from within Entourage.
If you're going to be leaving that job, or IT doesn't want to to keep the
account as IMAP permanently (don't see why not), make local folders ("On My
Computer") that parallel the IMAP folder structure. In each IMAP folder,
select about 1000 messages max at a time and drag-copy them to the
appropriate local folder until all done. But I don't see why you'd need to
do this unless losing your Exchange account. You can even access it from
home.
You can't do any of this from .pst folders as such. You have to have access
to the account to begin with. (If there's some obscure reason why you can't
make it IMAP, there are ways to transfer mail folders via Eudora or
Netscape, but they're not as good and much more trouble.)
If you want to export your Address Book, Calendar, Tasks and Notes to
Entourage, you can get my shareware scripts "Export-Import Entourage X" at

PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X.
It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise.
