My experience with Bcc: copies is that each recipient will see the email with his/her email address in the To: line, but won't see any of the other addresses that the sender had put on the Bcc: line. In this case, there were lots of "Colleague <unique.email.address>" entries on the Bcc: line of the original message sent. Brent received one copy that showed his address in the To: line. Each of the many other "colleagues" on the .Bcc line would have received similar messages. This is exactly what the sender intended.
