This feature does not exist in Entourage.  It might be built into some
personal e-mailers, but I think it's mainly a feature used by bulk mailers
(do a search and you might find some such tools).

There is a script, however, by Paul Berkowitz called "Separate Group
Messages" that should do this for you.  Make sure you download the Entourage
version.
