I seem unable to import my Palm Desktop address book etc from Palm Desktop 4 into Entourage X even though it says it can.
I go through the import process, select Palm and then it goes to a dialog box which is titled "open entourage' as though it wants me to find my Palm Users folder etc except it won't allow me to select it, all the files are greyed out in the dialog box selection. What am I doing wrong?
