No, not directly.  Below I've included a workaround that will work in this
situation.

So you're asking how to block mail from these IP's?  The easiest way would
be to create a rule like this:
* Execute actions if any criteria are met
IF Any Header Contains (4.
IF Any Header Contains [4.
THEN <whatever - change status to read and move to Junk folder>

You might want to create a rule right above the IP blocking rule like:
* Execute actions if any criteria are met
IF From Is in Address Book
� Do not apply other rules to messages that meet these criteria

If you decide to do that (recommended), make sure any other rules that
aren't for blocking junk are above these two.

By the way, Genuity isn't an ISP so I wouldn't expect them to do anything
about spammers.  They simply provide a broadband network which allows an ISP
to reach its customer base.
