Rules are fun! Rules are addictive! I have 82 of them...
Imagine trying to debug a problem with that setup! I'm hoping Microsoft
gives us better tools for rules in future versions. Like:
* ability to export and import rules
* improved error reporting that names what rule failed on what message
* history tracking, showing the last time each rule fired (for getting
rid of deadwood rules)
* a record, in each message record, of the last rule that acted on it,
so when a message ends up in the wrong folder, or with the wrong category,
we can figure out why
